Eastman Bb euphonium EEP822s silver-plated

The Eastman EEP-822S Compensated Euphonium is part of Eastman's Professional Series 8 and is aimed at musicians looking for an instrument with greater sound presence, wide projection, and a firm response across all registers.

Thanks to its balanced design and a larger diameter bell, the EEP-822S stands out as an excellent choice for symphonic bands, wind ensembles, and repertoires where the euphonium must stand out with authority without losing control.

Superior Projection and Expansive Sound

The 12” straight yellow brass bell provides a more open and enveloping sound, with superior projection compared to models with a more contained bell. This characteristic makes it especially suitable for large ensemble contexts, where sound presence and stability are required.

The compensated system ensures precise tuning across all registers, especially in the low range, allowing for a secure performance even in demanding passages. The combination of .591” tubing on the top pistons and .610” on the fourth piston promotes a solid and well-centered emission.
