I'm sorry, but it seems like you entered a question mark. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to ask!

Less wear and tear

Regular cleaning helps prevent corrosion and blockages.

✨

Stable sound

A clean instrument responds better and maintains tuning better.

Why is maintenance important?

Humidity, old grease, and residue accumulate inside the instrument. Over time, they can affect the sound, tuning, and comfort when playing.

✓ Loss of response and tuning✓ Hard pistons or pumps
✓ Mechanical noises✓ Corrosion and premature wear
✓ Less comfort when touching✓ Internal cleaning issues

What does our service include?

We carry out a complete review of critical points to ensure smooth, stable, and reliable operation.

  • Internal cleansing of the body and pipes.
  • Disassembly and cleaning of pistons, cylinders, and pumps.
  • Removal of accumulated waste.
  • Review and adjustment of the mechanical system.
  • Proper lubrication of pistons, cylinders, and pumps.
  • General performance check.

How to take care of your instrument between inspections

Simple and constant maintenance prevents clogs, noises, and premature wear.

Pistons

Clean the old oil before applying new oil. Use a lint-free cloth, dry the piece well, and assemble each piston in its correct position.

Cylinders

Lubricate small balls, joints, and shafts with a small amount of specific oil. If there is noise, slack, or lack of return, it is advisable to check it.

Pumps

Remove the old grease, dry completely, and apply a thin layer of new grease. Do not force a blocked pump to prevent deformations.

Exterior finish

For lacquered instruments, use a dry microfiber cloth. For silver-plated instruments, use a specific silver cloth with gentle strokes.

Recommended frequency

As a general rule, we recommend a check-up at least once a year. If you play daily or in demanding contexts, ideally it should be every 6 months.

Recommended products

Use appropriate products to preserve the mechanics and exterior finish.

Trust your instrument to professionals

If you notice a loss of clarity, irregular response, or stiffness in the mechanics, it is a good time to have it checked.
