We work with real-time stock

Our website displays real-time stock availability. If a product is shown as available, it means we physically have it in our store or warehouse and it is ready to be dispatched.

Products available for pre-order are normally dispatched within 5 to 7 business days, or as soon as stock becomes available from the manufacturer.

Shipping large and bulky items

Large or bulky items, such as tubas, euphoniums or pianos, may require an additional 1 to 3 days depending on logistics and the transport service.

? International and non-mainland shipping
Delivery times to these destinations may be slightly longer than usual due to transport and logistics requirements.
